Track Your Order
For domestic customers you can track your delivery on our couriers website, https://www.myhermes.co.uk/track#/ simply by entering your tracking number.
You can find order reference and tracking number in order despatched email by Select. Order reference number is 7 digits long and order tracking number is 16 digits for UK, 20 digits long for International order. Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Please note: Our track my order feature cannot be used for Click & Collect orders, as they operate using a separate in-house delivery method. We will send you an email once your parcel is despatched and is ready for collection at store. Please check: Contact Page for all Click & Collect enquiries and Covid restrictions and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
