You can browse and place orders on our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are delivered to your specified address Monday to Friday.
The website has the same lines as our flagship stores including limited edition styles. New lines are added everyday to the website so we're sure you'll find something you'll like.

Home Page - You can get back to our home page when browsing by clicking on the Select logo at the top of the page.
Navigation - You can navigate to main sections of the site by using the navigation bar at the top of each page. This includes access to search, help, your shopping bag and your account.
Search - You can search for an item by product code, description, size or type of product. You can also search when browsing in a product category by size, colour and price.
View A Product - Simply click on any picture to see an enlarged view and other details including a description, sizes and colours. Select a size and quantity and
click "ADD TO BAG" to buy the item.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Simply select an item from anywhere on this site, choose your preferred colour and size - then add to your shopping basket. At any time you can
check to see what is in your bag. When you have finished shopping follow the checkout procedure.

COLOURS AND SIZES

Please bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories online is a different shopping experience to buying in store.
We have made every effort to display the colours of products on our website as accurately as possible. However as the actual colours you see depend on your
monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery.

ONLINE AND IN-STORE OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

The goods, prices and promotions which are offered on our website may not be available in store and vice versa. If you sign up for our newsletter you
will be kept up to date with all the latest trends and new products along with exclusive online promotions.

HOW TO PURCHASE ITEMS

Select a size and quantity, click "ADD TO BAG" to buy the item. Once you've finished shopping, you can go to the checkout
by clicking on the 'CHECKOUT' button from your shopping bag.
You don't need to register to make an order however you will receive exclusive benefits if you do. Signing up is quick and easy and will only take a couple of
minutes. If you are purchasing something, the only extra bit of information needed is an email address, password and mobile number so you can receive
free delivery text messages the night before your order is delivered.

TOTAL COST OF YOUR ORDER

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. The prices are correct at the time we enter them into the system.
The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Highlands) will take between 3-5 working days from when the order is placed and costs £4.
Standard delivery to Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands will take 5-7 working days and costs £12.
Standard delivery is free on orders of £45 and over to the UK mainland only excluding the Highlands.
A signature is required upon receipt.

EXPRESS DELIVERY CHARGES AND AREAS AVAILABLE

Express delivery is only available to the UK mainland excluding the Highlands taking 1-2 working days, if you order before 12:00pm GMT
Monday to Thursday, and costs £5. Unfortunately express delivery is not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands.
A signature is required on receipt.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. If you pay by credit or debit card you will be asked for the security number of the card.
This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card.

When you are ready select 'CONFIRM ORDER' to place your order. You will be sent an email confirmation with your order number and tracking
number. Please click on the courier's website where you can enter your tracking number to check the
status of your order. Payment is taken at the time of the transaction on all credit and debit card payments.

SECURITY

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to
or does not for any reason authorise payment then we will not be able to accept your order.
Security is very important at Select.
The Select website has its own encryption software to ensure your information is always safe. Our website is also secured by Verisign which means your information is always
secured with 128 bit encryption. Verisign is the worlds leading Security Certificate provider.
All payment partners are also secured with 128 bit encryption to further ensure that shopping at Select online is just as safe as shopping in one of our high street stores.
