Delivery Information
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery to the UK Mainland (excluding Highlands,Islands and Isle of Man) will take between 2-5 working days from when the order is placed and costs £3.99.
Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.
Standard delivery to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and all UK Offshore Islands will take 5-7 working days and costs £6.50.
Standard delivery is free on orders over £30 and over to the UK mainland only excluding the Highlands, Islands and Isle of Man.
Signature is required upon receipt.
Please be aware during the sale period, Black Friday and Christmas days standard delivery may be up to 7 working days from when your order is placed.
UK EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express delivery is only available to the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands) taking 1-3 working days, if you order before 14:00pm GMT Monday to Thursday, and costs £5.99
Express delivery is free on orders over £70 and over to the UK mainland only excluding the Highlands, Islands and Isle of Man.
Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatced from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.
Unfortunately express delivery is not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands.

COLLECT IN STORE
You can now have your order delivered to your local SELECT store for free on orders over £10. Collect in Store orders will ensure they arrive at the chosen store within 3-7 working days of your order date. You will be notified by email when your order is available for collection. Please note: you will have 14 days from when your order has arrived to collect. After this time, your order will be returned.
Orders that are not collected from the stores within 14 days of delivery to their intended stores will get cancelled and refunded by the return department
Please bring your `ready to collect` email (printed or on a device) and a form of photo ID to show a member of staff when collecting your order. We will not be able to give your order unless you bring the documents stated above.
Proof of ID Required for Collect in Store Orders:
Driving Licence or Passport, ID card (EU residents, in English translation), Utility Bill (Gas/Electric, Council Tax or any official letter with the correct billing address)
We cannot accept Bank Cards, Credit Cards or Oyster Cards as forms of ID.
Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving your ' order is ready for collection' email. After 14 days your item(s) will get cancelled and refunded by the return department.
If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, they need to bring a copy of `ready for collection' email (either printed or on a device) and a proof of your ID as well as their IDs.
Please Note: Refunds can not be offered in our UK stores for online orders. Unfortunately we do not offer refund on “collect in store” orders in store, however, we can offer an exchange and/or store credit note at any of our stores.
If you require a refund then you are required to post the item back to the online store complete with your returns form. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns.

Our Customer Service team are available Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5:30pm, excluding bank holidays.
Items purchased via Laybuy can be returned in to a store to exchange the size or colour (within 28 days). However, credit notes cannot be issued.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently deliver to over 40 European destinations including France, Spain and Turkey with more destinations coming soon.
An International delivery service is available and we aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days.
Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatced from our warehouse on Saturday or Sunday.
However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Dept.
All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.
Orders placed outside the UK mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products and materials. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.
If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
You can track your order at any time by logging into the 'My Account' section of the site, selecting order history and clicking on the appropriate order.
Please click on the tracking link which will take you to our courier's website where you can find out the status of your order.
Your order's tracking number is also stated in your order confirmation email.
Please visit our courier's website www.myhermes.co.uk (UK orders) or www.trackmytrakpak.com (International orders) where you can enter your tracking number to check the status of your order.
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave
a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days.
To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.
If you have not received your parcel or have missing item/s within your order we require that it is reported within 7 days of despatch/delivery. Parcels or items reported missing after the seven day time frame cannot be investigated due to the time lapse.
‘If you have not received your parcel or have missing item(s) within your order we require that it is reported within 14 days of despatch/delivery. Parcels or items reported missing after the Fourteen day time frame cannot be investigated due to the time lapse and no refund or claim can be done.’
USING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD
You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout.
Please ensure that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details can not be made
once your order has been placed.
ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION
If you wish to have an order left in a secure, safe location you should contact us as soon as you have placed your order with your request.
Sometimes this may not be possible, but please note that ANY ORDERS LEFT AS REQUESTED BY YOURSELF IN A SAFE LOCATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and Select will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.
WORKING DAYS
A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Express delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
DELIVERY AREAS IN THE UK
We deliver to UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands but currently we regret we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
FURTHER VERIFICATION REQUESTS
Occassionally, we will need to verify the details supplied by the customer when they place an order.
This often will result in Select Fashion requesting additional information such as a copy of the bank statement of the card used for the transaction,
a copy of the card used and ID of the customer. This will allow us to verify the card details for the customer and ensure we can process your order in a timely fashion.
All any documentation requested by Select Fashion for such verification processes are treated with the strictet of
confidence are only requested and used for the purposes of verification.
