Collect In Store Policy
COLLECT IN STORE DELIVERY INFORMATION
You can now have your order delivered to your local Select store for free on orders over £10.
Click & Collect Standard orders will arrive at the chosen store within 3-7 working days of your order date.
You will be notified by email when your order is available for collection. Please note: you will have 14 days from when your order has arrived to collect. After this time, your order will be cancelled.
Please bring your `ready to collect` email (printed or on a device) and a form of photo ID to show a member of staff when collecting your order. We will not be able to give your order unless you bring the documents stated above.
Proof of ID Required for Collect in Store Orders: Driving Licence or Passport, ID card (EU residents, in English translation), Utility Bill (Gas/Electric, Council Tax or any official letter with the correct billing address)
We cannot accept Bank Cards, Credit Cards or Oyster Cards as forms of ID. Please collect your order within 14 days of receiving your ' order is ready for collection' email. After 14 days, your item(s) will be cancelled and refunded by our return department. If you would like someone else to collect your order on your behalf, they need to bring a copy of `ready for collection' email (either printed or on a device) and a proof of your ID as well as their IDs.
Please Note: Refunds cannot be offered in our UK stores for online orders. Unfortunately we do not offer refund on any orders in store, however, we can offer an exchange and/or store credit note at any of our stores. If you require a refund then you are required to post the item back to the online store complete with your returns form. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns labels.

COLLECT IN STORE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unworn goods to the returns address with the original web receipt within 28 days in exchange for another item or store credit note.
Please Note: We do not offer refunds on orders placed online (Collect in Store) in our stores.
However, we can offer to exchange your purchase or issue a credit note at any of our stores.
If you wish to receive a refund then you are required to post the item(s) back to us with your returns form.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
Refunds are not available on underwear, masks and earrings due to hygiene reasons.
We do not offer refunds in-store or on-line for any jewellery items purchased.
