CUSTOMER ORDER RECEIVED

  • When you receive the customer order click “READY TO COLLECT”
  • Scan the barcode on the order and click SEND
  • Enter your store email address and password and click Login
  • Customer is notified that the order is now ready for collection.
  • Enter the date, order no and customer name and other information on the "Click and Collect" Tracker form.

CUSTOMER ORDER COLLECTION

  • When the customer arrives to collect the order, ask for their order confirmation email and Proof of ID.
  • Once validated, click “CUSTOMER COLLECTED”
  • Scan the barcode on the order and click SEND
  • Enter your store email address and password and click Login
  • This will now confirm that the customer order has been collected.
  • Ask the customer to sign and date against their order on the "Click and Collect Tracker" form as proof of collection
