Delivery Information – Select Fashion

At Select Fashion, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for our customers. Below you’ll find all the details about our delivery options, timeframes, costs, and terms.



UK Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days (excluding Highlands, Islands, and Isle of Man).

  • Cost: £3.99.

  • Free Delivery: Available on orders over £30 (UK Mainland only, excluding Highlands, Islands, and Isle of Man).

  • Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and Offshore Islands: Delivery takes 5–7 working days and costs £6.50.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. No dispatches occur on weekends or public holidays.

  • Signature Required: Upon delivery.

  • Busy Periods: During sales, Black Friday, or Christmas, delivery may take up to 7 working days.



UK Express Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 working days (UK Mainland only, excluding Highlands).

  • Cost: £5.99.

  • Free Express Delivery: On orders over £70 (UK Mainland only, excluding Highlands, Islands, and Isle of Man).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday–Thursday are eligible for Express Delivery.

  • Not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and Offshore Islands.

  • Signature Required: Upon delivery.



Collect In Store

  • Free Delivery: Available for orders over £10.

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 working days.

  • Collection Window: Items must be collected within 14 days of arrival at the store. Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Proof of ID Required: Bring your "Ready to Collect" email and a photo ID (e.g., driving licence, passport, or utility bill).

  • Third-Party Collection: A nominated person must bring your "Ready to Collect" email, your ID, and their ID.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not available in-store for "Collect In Store" orders. However, exchanges or store credit notes are available.

  • For refunds, return items via post to the online store with the returns form.

International Delivery

  • We deliver to over 40 European destinations, including France, Spain, and Turkey.

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 working days.

  • Important Notes:

    • Orders may incur customs duties or taxes based on your local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    • For questions about duties or taxes, contact your local customs authority before placing an order.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. No dispatches occur on weekends or public holidays.



Tracking Your Delivery

  • Track your order anytime via the My Account section under "Order History."

  • A tracking link will be provided in your order confirmation email.

  • UK orders: Track via Evri.

  • International orders: Track via TrakPak.



Problems With Delivery

  • If you miss a delivery, our courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery two more times.

  • To reschedule delivery, follow the instructions on the card.

  • Report Issues:

    • Missing items must be reported within 14 days of dispatch/delivery. After this period, claims cannot be processed.



Alternative Delivery Address

  • You can select a different delivery address at checkout.

  • Ensure all details are correct, as changes cannot be made after order placement.



Safe Location Requests

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order to request delivery to a secure, safe location.

  • Note: Orders left in safe locations are at your own risk. Select Fashion is not liable for loss or damage.



Working Days

  • Definition: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched within the next 1–2 working days.



Delivery Areas in the UK

  • We deliver to UK Mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands.

  • We currently do not deliver to PO Box addresses.



Verification Requests

  • In certain cases, we may request additional verification documents to process your order, such as:

    • Bank statement

    • Copy of the payment card

    • Photo ID

  • All requested documents are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for verification purposes.
