November Bucket List: 10 Things To Do In London This November

We're somehow in the eleventh month of the year (we know, we can't believe it either), which means Halloween is well and truly in the past and for the next 2 months we've got fireworks, outdoor ice skating and Christmas on the mind! The Oxford Street Christmas lights are up and ready and waiting to be switched on, which means Summer has left the building and Christmas is on its way, and to be totally honest, we're just wondering when it's socially acceptable to start watching Home November too soon ?

It can be tempting to hibernate as soon as November makes its dark and dreery arrival in London, but don't, because there's also something really special about London in November, as it's the month when festive cheer begins to take over the capital. The Christmas lights get turned on one by one, outdoor ice rinks pop up by the second and the Christmas Markets are gradually opened. With Christmas just around the corner (less than 8 weeks away to be precise), there's never been a better time to plan your November bucket list in the big city and with so many exciting events, exhibitions and Christmas Markets opening in London, you certainly won't be bored this November, as there's plenty to keep you occupied this month!

From the well-anticipated Winter Wonderland opening on 17th November to the infamous Somerset House Ice Skating opening on the 15th, we've done the leg work for you and have gathered the best 10 things to do in London this November and have created the ultimate November in London event guide, so go ahead and read our guide now and inform the group chat, as you're going to want to do them all!

Is it even Christmas yet if you haven't visited Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland? Allow us to answer that for it is not. We're not quite sure if it's the mulled wine, Bavarian beer villages, rotating carousel bars, hundreds of Christmas trees, Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' song blasting out the speakers, the German Christmas market OR the smell of roasted chestnuts wafting throughout Hyde Park, but Winter Wonderland is quite possibly the most Christmassy place you'll visit this November. Open from Friday, 17th November, Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland is not to be missed off your November bucket list this year, so wrap up in your winter woolies, grab some mates and head down to Winter Wonderland this month to get in the festive spirit.
