UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Highlands) will take between 3-5 working days from when the order is placed and costs £4. Standard delivery to Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands will take 5-7 working days and costs £6. Standard delivery is free on orders of £40 and over to the UK mainland only excluding the Highlands.

Signature is required upon receipt.

Please be aware during the SALE period, standard delivery may be 5-7 working days from when your order is placed.


UK EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express delivery is only available to the UK mainland (excluding the Highlands) taking 1-2 working days, if you order before 12:00pm GMT Monday to Thursday, and costs £5. Unfortunately express delivery is not available for Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands. Signature is required on receipt .


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently deliver to over 30 European destinations including France, Spain and Turkey with more destinations coming soon.

A standard delivery service is available and we aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days. However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Dept.

All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.

Please note, any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable directly by the recipient.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

You can track your order at any time by logging into the 'My Account' section of the site, selecting order history and clicking on the appropriate order. Please click on the tracking link which will take you to our courier's website where you can find out the status of your order. Your order's tracking number is also stated in your order confirmation email. Please click on the following link to go our courier's website www.yodel.co.uk (UK orders) or www.dhl.com (International orders) where you can enter your tracking number to check the status of your order.


PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days. To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier. 


USING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD

You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/ credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout. Please ensure however that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details can not be made once your order has been placed


ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE LOCATION

If you wish to have an order left in a secure, safe location you should contact us as soon as you have placed your order with your request. Sometimes this may not be possible, but please note that ANY ORDERS LEFT AS REQUESTED BY YOURSELF IN A SAFE LOCATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK and Select will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.


WORKING DAYS

A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Express delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.

 

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS £40 AND OVER

Standard delivery is free on orders of £40 and over to the UK mainland only excluding the Highlands. Please note this only applies when the value of your order less the delivery charge is £40 or more.


DELIVERY AREAS IN THE UK

We deliver to UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands but currently we regret we do not deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses.


 

Returns & Refunds

RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. 

Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. Refunds are not available on underwear due to hygiene reasons. PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS CAN NOT BE OFFERED IN OUR UK STORES FOR UK ORDERS TAKEN ON THE WEBSITE. Refunds can only be carried out if you return your order to Customer Services at the below returns address.

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please fill out the returns form delivered with your purchase and send it back to us at the returns address below. All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost including delivery charges. If you have any issues with returning your items please email customerservices@selectfashion.co.uk quoting your returns number, order number, name, items you wish to return and reason for return.

Unfortunately we currently do not offer exchanges on the website. However you can exchange your purchase in any of our stores or accept a credit note.


RETURNS TO STORE

We do not offer refunds on website orders in our stores. However you can exchange your purchase or accept a credit note at any of our stores. If the item(s) are not faulty and you wish to receive a refund you must post it back to us with your returns form.


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please fill out the returns form delivered with your purchase and send it back to us at the returns address below. All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty then we will refund you the full cost of your product including your original delivery charges.


RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.


REFUNDS ON YOUR ACCOUNT

We will refund your money as soon as we can, though please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount. After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described timeframe. If your card has expired or has been declined we will arrange for another method of payment.


NOTIFICATION OF RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN

Once your returned order has been processed by our warehouse team, we will email to let you know.  If you do not receive an email from us within 28 days, please contact Customer Service and we will look into this for you.


REFUNDS OF DELIVERY CHARGES

Postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect orders


CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund, but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost should you already have received them. Once we have received the items we will refund you on the payment option you used to purchase the order with.


RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.


SEVEN DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (EU ONLY)

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). All payment partners are also secured with 128 bit encryption to further ensure that shopping at Select online is just as safe as shopping in one of our high street stores.

We accept the following major credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. You can also pay by using a Paypal account (please see Paypal's website for more details on a Paypal account). If you pay by credit or debit card you will be asked for the security number of the card. This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card. Payment is taken at the time of the transaction on all credit and debit card payments and with Paypal.

CURRENCIES WE ACCEPT

We currently only accept Pound Sterling. Although in the future we aim to accept alternative currencies.

GIFT VOUCHERS AND CREDIT NOTES

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept gift vouchers and credit notes from stores as a payment option online. Only voucher codes issued by the website/ customer services will work at checkout.

PAYMENT PROBLEMS

Unfortunately there are times when payments will not go through the system. Please ensure that all information has been entered correctly. We do apologise as this can be quite frustrating and we are not always able to provide answers, as the card payment process involves the banks clearing systems. If you still experience problems try another payment card or payment method such as Paypal.

You can browse and place orders on our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are delivered to your specified address Monday to Friday. The website has the same lines as our flagship stores including limited edition styles. New lines are added everyday to the website so we're sure you'll find something you'll like.

Home Page - You can get back to our home page when browsing by clicking on the Select logo at the top of the page.

Navigation - You can navigate to main sections of the site by using the navigation bar at the top of each page. This includes access to search, help, your shopping bag and your account.

Search - You can search for an item by product code, description, size or type of product. You can also search when browsing in a product category by size, colour and price.

View A Product - Simply click on any picture to see an enlarged view and other details including a description, sizes and colours. Select a size and quantity, click "Add to Basket" to buy the item.


How to place an order

Simply select an item from anywhere on this site, choose your preferred colour and size - then add to your shopping basket. At any time you can check to see what is in your bag. When you have finished shopping follow the checkout procedure.


Colours and sizes

Please bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories online is a different shopping experience to buying in store.

We have made every effort to display the colours of products on our website as accurately as possible. However as the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery.

Online and in store promotions and offers

The goods, prices and promotions which are offered on our website may not be available in store and vice versa. If you sign up for our newsletter you will be kept up to date with all the latest trends and new products along with exclusive online promotions.


How to purchase items

Select a size and quantity, click "Add to Basket" to buy the item. Once you've finished shopping, you can go to the checkout by clicking on the 'CHECKOUT' button from your shopping bag.

You don't need to register to make an order however you will receive exclusive benefits if you do. Signing up is quick and easy and will only take a couple of minutes. If you are purchasing something, the only extra bit of information needed is an email address, password and mobile number so you can receive free delivery text messages the night before your order is delivered.


Total cost of your order

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. The prices are correct at the time we enter them into the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
